   i was buying bison meat from a lady in the island.. i am looking for a supplier of orgaic bison meat.. hamburgers, hotdogs, suasage ect..
   please if you can forward me contacts for all farms in bc it would be super.. thanks a lot.

     Peter DeBruyn, Executive Chef at the Strathcona Hotel advises that:
     Karen Henrich, Owner of Island Bison, (250) 923-2108, islandbison@telus.net
     They have a great selection. The farm is near Campbell River and I believe they supply select farmers markets.
     Another great place to buy bison in Victoria is at the Market on Yates.
